Global Star Capital-RIch Cocovich-Chicago Sun Times-Casino Project

The Chicago Sun Times reports that the Illinois House OKs casino for Chicago plus slot machines at O'Hare and Midway. I am curious to see if an escalation in crime will surround the city casino. Funding for this project needs secured to avoid the fiasco equivalent to the Pittsburgh casino project.
